If you do not live close to your holiday cottage, we can ensure a reliable management service
For many of our cottages, we simply arrange the cleaning and laundry. For some cottages, however, we offer key-holding and back-up services 365 days a year. This is particularly appreciated by owners who live too far from their cottages to arrange emergency call outs etc.
Some of these 'management' responsibilities include:
* Chatting to guests before they arrive and providing access and other information relating to their holiday. This provides that initial personal contact, so guests feel they have someone to talk to if there is a problem.
* Being 'on call' to answer queries and to be available in case of a problem.
* Ringing trades-people for any jobs required.
* All communication with agencies regarding guests, general information, grading appointments, last-minute bookings etc.
Additionally, we also regularly inspect our properties - we make sure things are switched off when guests leave, make sure there is enough heating oil, make sure the properties are secure... This is very important during 'down time' when there are not regular changeovers to keep an eye on such matters.
If there is a problem, we have a database of excellent, local tradespeople who we can put you in contact with.
