We work with a friendly team of dedicated and experienced cleaners for your holiday cottage or home
Our team of cleaners are a wonderful group of people, who genuinely care about the work that they do. We know how important it is to prepare houses to an exceptional standard and we only work with people who share our passion! We take time in making sure that they are aware how each individual cottage is to be prepared according to the owners' instructions - from where the towels are to be left and presented, to what needs to go on the welcome tray.
We not only provide a 5* cleaning service - should your cottage be listed with a local agency, they will send all of their bookings to us as they happen. Or alternatively, you can forward any private bookings you take. This way, you will be safe in the knowledge that we will schedule in the changeovers for you, without you having to worry.

Our Cleaning Rates include:
* Our own cleaning products and cloths.
* The provision of check-lists for each cottage.
* Random spot-checks to ensure high standards.
* Checking and communicating any maintenance issues, such as light bulbs, broken items, things which need ‘topping up’ etc.
* If required, the co-ordination of changeovers with delivery of the laundry and towels.
* All communication with owners, such as communicating special instructions to cleaners e.g. how beds are to be made up, how many guests are arriving etc.
* Writing detailed time sheets for all work done
* The organisation of when to clean each cottage, after receiving notifications of bookings and arrivals reports (either from an agency, or from the owner directly) and being very accommodating to last minute bookings!
